It appears I made a meatloaf in early Sept 2023 when I saved this link and made this note
How long to cook a 2 lb meatloaf?
Using a conventional oven you will need to cook the meatloaf at a minimum of 350 . For a 2lb meatloaf you can estimate between 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes cooking time.

Ben & Jerry's edible Cookie Dough

Ben & Jerry's Edible Cookie Dough

1 cup flour
8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (1 stick), room temperature
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
½ tsp. kosher salt
½ cup chocolate chips

1. First, heat treat the flour to ensure it is safe to eat. (Do not skip this step, untreated flour can contain contaminants and is not safe to eat.) Place the flour in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure that the flour reaches 165°F throughout.

2. In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add the vanilla, cream, and salt. Mix to combine. Then add the heat treated flour and mix to incorporate.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

5. Serve and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Makes: About 2 cups

Prime Rib:

2008 - Tom (I think is his name, he seems to be the owner) at Trawka's: cook at 350F, check after 1 1/4 hours.  Since ovens vary so much, go by temperature: 120F for rare and 130F for medium rare.  When at temperature, remove from oven and wrap tightly in aluminum foil for 20 to 30 minutes, then slice and serve.  We had a boneless roast, already seasoned and tied, that weighed 7.5 lbs. We put it in at 4:40, checked it at 6:15, and took it out shortly after, perhaps 6:30.  It was pretty evenly cooked to half way between rare and medium rare, a little more done on the ends and a little less in the center.  There was enough for everyone and a couple seconds, with 1 piece left over.  REMINDER: buy a meat thermometer with a lower initial temperature, as both of ours start at 140F.

2016 Had Dad bring a standing rib roast to Cleveland from Trawkas.  Got a 9.9lb boneless from Trawkas at 12.99 per lb for a total of $128.73.  Mom and Dad paid for half.  Put it in at about 5:55.  Used Dad's bluetooth meat thermometer and took it out of the oven when the temperature reached 123F.  I believe the time was about 8:45, but not certain.  Covered it in foil and let it rest for 1/2 hour and temp rose to 130F.  There were 9 of us and we probably ate about 6lb or 7lb of it.  The reast made a couple night's worth of awesome Philly Cheese steaks.
